A few days after classes opened in Boward County, 4 teachers were killed in a row due to COVID 19 at the second largest school district in Florida, US.

It was found that three of the four deaths were not vaccinated against COVID-19 while it was not yet clear whether the other had been vaccinated.

It will be recalled that one of the topics of debate in Florida was the issue of school virus protocol including the requirement of face masks on students.

The Broward school board favors requiring children to wear face masks contrary to Florida Governor Ron DeSanti’s statement that face masks are not required of students.

Based on the data, Florida and Texas topped the COVID-19 hospital admissions tally from August 3 to 9 with 40% of new hospital admissions across America coming from said area.

Despite this, Florida has the 26th highest death rate of COVID-19 in the US.

The highest death rate was recorded in New Jersey with 300 out of 100,000 deaths followed by New York and Massachusetts
