Typhoon Kiko continues to intensify as it crosses the Philippine Sea.

According to the weather bulletin of PAGASA, the typhoon was last seen in western Central Luzon with wind speeds of up to 175 kilometers per hour near the center, and gusts hitting 215kph.

It is also possible to raise the Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) up to TCWS No. 4 PAGASA in some provinces in Northern Luzon this morning.
The weather bureau, meanwhile, advised sailors to keep listening to the reports, as the northern and eastern seaboards of Luzon could be affected starting tomorrow.
