Some health experts in India are concerned about the increase in deaths due to dengue in Uttar Pradesh State in India.
According to the report, most of the 58 fatalities recorded were children in the first week of September.
The report stated that instead of going to the hospital, the sick people were allegedly taken to the pharmacy for the reason that their condition worsened.
Healthcare workers have been sent to Uttar Pradesh state while carrying out the extermination of mosquito nests to prevent further spread.
It is considered the worst outbreak of dengue in the said Indian State.
It will be recalled that apart from dengue, cases of COVID-19 infections are still high in many places in India.
