La Niña until the first quarter of 2022 will be felt – PAGASA

There is a 70 to 80 percent chance that the country will experience La Niña in the last quarter of the year.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), it is possible to experience the same weather until the first quarter of next year.
This only happens twice in seven years.
PAGASA administrator Vicente Milano said there is a good chance of experiencing “above normal” rainfall in the country.
