Australia was shaken by a 6.0 magnitude earthquake

A magnitude 6.0 earthquake shook the South-East part of Australia including Melbourne city at 9:15 p.m.
In the initial report, there were damages recorded in some buildings where some debris that fell was scattered on the roads.
No initial injuries were recorded in the quake, although the authorities are still investigating the damage from the quake.
The Victoria State Emergency Service warned residents in the affected areas to expect aftershocks after the strong quake.
Meanwhile, some city tram lines in Melbourne have been suspended due to some damage while others living in high-rise towers in the city and those confined to hospitals have been evacuated while the quake damage is still being assessed.
