Mastermind in the assassination of Haiti president, already named

Authorities have named a doctor who is believed to be the mastermind in planning the assassination of Haiti Pres. Jovenel Moise.
According to Haiti National Police Chief Leon Charles, after the arrested bandits committed the crime, the first person they called was Christian Emmanuel Sanon.
Sanon was found to be a 63-year-old Haitian American and Florida-based doctor who arrived in Haiti aboard a private plane in June with a political motive in which he wanted to be a president.
The key suspect contacted a US-based Venezuelan private security firm to recruit Colombian mercenaries who carried out the assassination of the president.
The Haiti police investigation also found that the suspects also called two others who are considered masterminds in the assassination of the Haitian president but did not specify their identities.
It turns out that the initial mission of the suspects was to protect Sanon but later their plan changed according to Charles.
Authorities are currently in custody of the arrested 18 Colombians and three Haitian Americans including Sanon who were behind the assassination plot against the Haiti president on July 7.
