PBA players and staff have been vaccinated against COVID-19

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has already started vaccinating players and staff of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) against COVID-19.

Sinovac vaccine was injected at the MMDA vaccination facility in Makati City.

MMDA chairman Benhur Abalos said PBA workers and players have been severely affected by the pandemic.

As many as 400 of the 1,200 PBA players have been shot by their first twelve.

PBA staff members are considered in the A4 categories.
