Petrol tanker in Kenya caused an explosion, 13 dead

A petrol tanker explosion in Kenya has killed 13 people.

The accident took place between Kisumu and Busia, when the tanker truck and another vehicle collided.

According to the local police report, another 24 people are in the hospital due to severe burns, including some children.

As a result, authorities fear that the number of fatalities could increase.

Respondents’ equipment tried to suck up the spilled fuel, causing a large amount of smoke, that just exploded.

One person managed to escaped unharmed before the explosion while authorities continue to search for burned corpse in the incident.
