The country’s economy is likely to return in the middle of 2022 – NEDA
Written by DZAT on July 5, 2021
National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Karl Kendrick Chua believes that economic vitality as in 2019 will return in the first half of 2022.
The country should catch up because the economic movement seems to have stopped for more than a year.
The current administration targets 6% to 7% economic growth.
One of the solutions they see is to slowly open up the economy, implement recovery programs and everyone should be vaccinated.
