The Milwaukee Bucks are still hoping that two-time NBA Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokounmpo can return to their game to boost their championship series bid against the Phoenix Suns.
The Greek star has not played in the Bucks’ last two games in their Eastern Conference finals against the Atlanta Hawks.
This was after sustaining an injury to his left knee in game four.
So far, Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer said they are daily looking forward to Antetokounmpo’s improvement from his injury.
The first rumor was that if the game against the Hawks had reached Game 7, Giannis might have played.
Something that the team did not confirm.
So far a big help with a few days apart before the NBA Finals start on Wednesday.
It is said that the players want Giannis to be their extra force even though other players especially Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday have stepped up to make up for the loss of their superstar.
