Pang. Duterte, advised the next president to declare martial law to stop corruption

“Corruption is endemic.”

This is what President Rodrigo Duterte called government corruption.

In his last State of the Nation Address (SONA), the President mentioned the ‘pastillas’ scheme in which he removed some immigration personnel from office.

Following this, the Chief Executive advised the next president -elect to declare martial law in the country to stop government corruption.

“Nobody can stop corruption unless you overturn the government,” it said.

He added, “If I were the next president, if you think there is a need to change everyone in the system. You declare martial law then fire everybody. ”
