Taal from Alert Level 3 to Alert Level 2- Phivolcs

According to Phivolcs, the volcanic gas emitted by the said volcano has decreased.
The agency further clarified that the lowering of Alert Level 2 should not be considered as lowering the fear of a volcanic eruption.
Phivolcs still warns that they can still return Taal Volcano to Alert Level 3 when its activity returns.
