Tropical depression Emong has finally left the Philippine area of ​​responsibility (PAR).
According to Pagasa, it came out of the Philippine waters this past 9:00 am.
The epicenter was last seen 165 km northwest of Itbayat, Batanes.
It was moving towards China at a speed of 25 kph.
Its strength has diminished slightly in recent hours.
However, rains are still expected in large parts of our country due to the southwest wind.
